Elise's Goal Metrics

Sit down to write a minimum of 10 minutes 4 days per week (time actually spent writing beyond the 10 minutes doesn’t add anything–I get the same number of points whether I write 10 minutes or 3 hours). The goal is to get my butt in the chair and hands on the keyboard 4 times per week. If I meet that goal, I get to claim 3 “freebie” points for the other days of the week. If I don’t meet the goal, I don’t get the freebie points. BUT I can play catch-up (i.e., if I only sit down 3 times one week, I can make it 5 times the next week and still be on track with all 14 points for both weeks).
