Thank you, smartbitchestrashybooks.com for leading me to this little gem: ’cause there’s nothing more bad-a$$ than reading a book! Check it out here.
That’s actually pretty catchy. It’ll probably be running through my mind all night.
I’m probably going to end up downloading it to my iPod.
This past week life knocked on the door again and I had to entertain her. Great thing is I am meeting goals. No problems unless you count me thinking today (Saturday) is Friday. Reading the Friday check in remarks is a charge for me. That much enthusiasm really is energizing. Editing and writing through a couple of scenes I deepened heroines motivation and revealed another’s. Finally.
Balancing LIFE and writing is so hard….good for you for keeping the writing going!!
Life would be so much harder if you couldn’t get lost in a good book. As a reader or writer.
Just typed “The End” on a Quickie I started for this challenge. 12,000 words total. Now I must find something else to work on.
Woot! Congrats, Kelli!!
LOL! Thanks for sharing this. Made my point for today and that video was a great reward. Maybe we should parody it and call ours I’m Writing A Book. : )
Love it!! But will any of us look convincing as rappers??
Got a lot done today. But not nearly as much as I’d like. Revision is hard. I think I said that before. There is a part of me that wants to just get it done since I am going to be rejected anyway. But then there is the part of me that wants to put forth the best work I can do. Just in case. I think I’ll stick with her.
Definitely listen to the latter voice! There’s almost nobody out there published who didn’t get rejected…and rejected….and rejected. The published writers are those who kept writing anyway, and ultimately got the contract!
Three cheers on getting a lot done today!!
I loved that! Thanks for sharing it!
