Just jump over to http://www.likesbooks.com/ballotannualpoll2010.htm , and give some shout outs to books you’ve loved. In addition to “Best Romance of 2010,” there are all sorts of fun categories for books that came out last year, like “Best Funny Romance,” “Best Tear-jerker Romance,” “Guiltiest Pleasure Romance,” “Most Tortured Hero,” and “Best Kick-Ass Heroine.” Plus, for those who like a little schadenfreude with their celebration of the genre, there’s “Most Disappointing Romance of 2010.” Eeek! I can’t wait to vote in the “Best of” categories for some of my favorites of the year (like BUTTERFLY SWORDS and VEGAS TWO-STEP and THE PURSUIT OF PLEASURE and other Ruby debuts!!) and I can’t wait to see the winners.
